If you are an NCN ON-RESERVE CITIZEN, over the age of 18, are an essential frontline worker, RCMP, Nurse, or Teacher and would like to get the COVID-19 Vaccine, please call (204-484-2341).
Consent forms must be filled out accurately, signed, dated and can be dropped off with our receptionist during regular business hours. Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. Please bring your
treaty number and medical number.
Vaccines will be available soon!
We are not yet administering vaccines at this time, but we are anticipating the arrival of more vaccines over the next couple months. We would like to begin registering Citizens and essential workers to get the vaccine. Those with medical conditions please discuss with your family doctor to know if the Covid-19 vaccine is right for you.

If you are unable to visit one of the listed establishments. Please call Public Health in advance if you require a consent form to be delivered to your home or if you have any questions or concerns.
