The Hen yard is located at 2 Moore’s Bay
Hours: Every Friday from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm
The Backyard Hens program is coming to NCN! Join us to gain valuable knowledge and experience in preparation to receiving your own Backyard Hens next season.
Learn to properly care for the hens, build the chicken coops, protect the birds from animals and more!
Participants can also take eggs home weekly and all participants will receive a meat bird* at the end of the season!
*Note: Number of hens are limited
Must be 18 years of age or older to enroll. Children who are visiting the hen yard must be accompanied by an adult.
